In order to schedule in with me you need to fill out this nifty form. It does take a few days for me to answer all the requests I receive, so please be patient. You will get a much faster response if you fill out the form completely. If I am out of town, I will have stated so on social media, and on my schedule page; in which case it may take longer to respond. I will respond to all requests in the order they are received.
Due to my busy schedule, I cannot accept everyone who fills out a form, therefor I will be selecting people with concepts I feel will both strengthen my tattoo portfolio as well as inspire me creatively.
Please keep in mind: I do require deposits for ALL appointments. I cannot book you a tattoo appointment without receiving a $60 minimum deposit first, which can either be paid via email invoice, or you can bring it down to the tattoo shop while I'm there. All deposits are non-refundable. My hourly rate is $175.00
